1. Subject matter of the contract
These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods/services via the online shop https://www.globeguard.ch.

Until further notice, orders from Germany or the EU can be placed using the contact form or by emailing info@globeguard.ch.
3. Terms of delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery time is usually 5 working days from receipt of payment.
4. Prices and payment terms
All prices are net, i.e. excluding statutory value added tax. Statutory value added tax and shipping costs may be added. The only accepted payment methods are: credit card and prepayment (e.g. bank transfer).
5. Terms of delivery
Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery time is usually 5 working days from receipt of payment.
6. Cancellation policy
Customers from Switzerland and Germany have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Further details can be found in our cancellation policy.
7. Liability and warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. We shall only be liable for damage not caused to the product itself in cases of intent or gross negligence.
8. Data protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy. By placing an order, you consent to our data processing.
9. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of GlobeGuard GmbH, your company headquarters.
10. Severability clause
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
