With our remote diagnostics solution, we enable complete vehicle diagnostics – no matter where you are.

This feature is available not only to us, but also to our workshop partners and employees, thus offering maximum flexibility in service and support.

Remote maintenance mode is just a two-step process:

1. Simply enter the hotspot/Wi-Fi SSID and password in the smartphone or Windows app.
2. Briefly unplug and replug your device – that’s it!

Alternatively, you can use any available Wi-Fi or Starlink network instead of a mobile hotspot.

Please note that some public Wi-Fi networks (e.g., hotel networks) may block certain connections.
